Since the company’s establishment in 2000, Kindasa Water Services (KWS) has been purpose-built to serve industrial development. We were founded with a bold vision: to support economic development by providing reliable, sustainable, and high-quality water to industrial and commercial sectors alike.

Today, KWS stands as one of the most trusted private water utilities in the region. Our transformation into a closed joint stock company in 2015 was a key milestone, anchoring our commitment to excellence, innovation, and transparency. With modern seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) plants producing 56,000 m³/day and a 35 km distribution network reaching major industrial zones and logistics hubs, we are proud to deliver water where it matters most.

Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, KWS is actively contributing to the Kingdom’s water sector transformation; participating in privatization initiatives and investing in projects across BOO, BOT, EPC, and O&M models. We are not only expanding capacity but reimagining how water can be produced, managed, and delivered sustainably.
